Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system.
