Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Drift Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 441 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
