Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Pike Construction Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders.
