Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Corner Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists.
