Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Juniper Foods Group is a Albuquerque food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
