Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Nest Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
