Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
