Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
