Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Forge Freight is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
