Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Lakeside Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Wichita. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
