Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Ember Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Virginia Beach plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
