Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Ironwood Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Virginia Beach, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
