Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cross Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
