Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
