Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
