Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
