Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind River Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Virginia Beach, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
