Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Ember Early Learning Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
