Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
