Bluepeak Loom Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
