Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Beacon Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
