Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Birch Farms Partners grows and distributes produce from farms near Tulsa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
