Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
