Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Forge Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
