Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cross Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 269 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
