Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Pike Press Group produces print and digital publications in Toledo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
