Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Maple Press Group is a printer and publisher in Toledo serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
