Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Toledo, OH)

Nova Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around Toledo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
