Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Toledo. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
