Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Nova Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tampa producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
