Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield North Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
