Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tampa with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 399 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
