Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
