Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
