Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tampa region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
