Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Markets is a Tampa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
