Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
