Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing is a St. Louis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 406 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
