Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Union Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the St. Louis area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
