Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Beacon Markets Group is a St. Louis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
