Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Nova North Property Management Group manages apartment communities around St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
