Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to public records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support public records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
