Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
