Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Basin Health is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
