Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
