Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Press Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 685 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
