Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
