Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Wren Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Spokane. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 546 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
