Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Spokane, WA)

Summit Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
