Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Pike Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Seattle, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 983 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
